  • Recommendations & skeleton program established based on detailed questionnaire/discussion of above with example workouts/programs either outdoors/indoors or combination of both

  • Discussion around nutrition to support prep for tour & referral options to a sports dietitian (if requested)

  • Discussion of training history, current training and how best to optimise this for your European tour including strategies to get best buck for training if time is limited.

  • Includes a written report that summarises above with a couple of example workouts/plan.

  • $100 for follow up consults - recommended every 6 weeks
