75 minute Zoom consultation to discuss individual preparation for a European tour given the time available to train (given work, family, life commitments), training terrain available, indoor options etc.
Recommendations & skeleton program established based on detailed questionnaire/discussion of above with example workouts/programs either outdoors/indoors or combination of both
Discussion around nutrition to support prep for tour & referral options to a sports dietitian (if requested)
Discussion of training history, current training and how best to optimise this for your European tour including strategies to get best buck for training if time is limited.
Includes a written report that summarises above with a couple of example workouts/plan.
$100 for follow up consults - recommended every 6 weeks
